All American Ford ( www.AllAmericanFord.net ) is an automobile dealership with six locations. The company’s systems were ageing, unreliable and expensive to maintain. Administering these systems was complex and time consuming and lacked the latest telecommunications features such as remote user access, remote programming, automatic disaster recovery, unified messaging and mobility. The time was right to replace All American Ford’s assortment of analog, digital and IP PBX premise based systems with a Unified Tele-Dynamics Hosted VoIP/PBX Solution.
