About the company

A|X Armani Exchange, launched in 1991 in the U.S., is the youthful label created by iconic Italian designer Giorgio Armani. AX offers men’s and women’s clothing and accessories that are inspired by the designer’s codes of style.

The Challenge

Armani Exchange needed to change their voice and data services to their parent company’s – Giorgio Armani – carrier in over 90 locations nationwide and in Hawaii.

Giorgio Armani had purchased the rights back to Armani Exchange and wished to have the Armani Exchange brand match its voice & data services.

The Dynamic Solution

TDNYC coordinated technicians nationwide at over 90 stores within the customer’s requested time-frame. Due to porting delays between phone carriers this coordination was duplicated as the customer was looking to get the data side online more quickly than the voice. TDNYC was able to use its relationships with other local dealers across the country to meet Armani’s deadlines. TDNYC’s familiarity with the existing layout of the stores being serviced was a tremendous asset to the project.
